Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue a full refund minus the postage cost. It will take approximately 5 working days for the money to reach your account. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. Returns are your responsibility we do not offer a pre-paid returns service so we recommend you send back items via recorded delivery.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your return confirmation email. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If there is a problem issuing a refund to your card we will contact you. If after 28 days of return you have not been refunded please contact us.

FAULTY ITEMS

If the item you received is faulty please contact customer services shop@cocoonclothing.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Please note delivery charges are only refundable if you have received a faulty or incorrect item.

Please ensure your goods are in a securely wrapped with the goods return note enclosed.
